Join a high-performance team as a founding AI Engineer to develop state-of-the-art LLM algorithms and production-ready evaluation pipelines. You will lead the development of proprietary models, optimize prompting strategies, and ship high-impact features for a global user base. What you will do:
Develop and lead the production of proprietary AI algorithms to push the boundaries of large language models.
Build and maintain a state-of-the-art evaluation pipeline to benchmark performance on large datasets.
Research and implement advanced prompt engineering methods to maximize model efficacy and output quality.

Expert in Python with industry experience shipping AI algorithms and evaluation pipelines into production.
Hands-on experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and back-end development using PostgreSQL.
