Join our Roland Berger AI Lab as an AI Enablement Manager and shape innovative, scalable GenAI solutions that deliver real value for our clients and Roland Berger. Our mission: to rapidly, securely, and sustainably scale AI expertise across client projects.
You will own the introduction, enablement, and governance of GenAI platforms for internal and client-facing projects, developing strategies that empower consulting and business units, designing impactful training and advocacy programs, and cultivating an AI community to drive adoption and innovation. As a key representative of Roland Berger, you will manage strategic relationships with AI providers, cloud vendors, and technology partners, engage in partnership discussions, evaluate emerging capabilities, and stay current on the latest GenAI trends and their implications for clients.
Bridging the gap between developers and C-suite executives, you will provide strategic direction and manage complex AI initiatives. With hands-on technical expertise, you will guide the development, deployment, and integration of AI solutions on platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP while mentoring junior team members. In close collaboration with IT, security, legal, and business units, you will drive the roadmap and adoption of AI products and platforms, establish governance and monitoring processes, and ensure safe, compliant use, delivering measurable business impact at scale. If you're ready to shape the future of (Gen)AI, we look forward to hearing from you!
