Our challenge

The AI Enablement Consultant will help Corporate Platforms identify, implement and sustain practical uses of AI across business-as-usual (BAU), operational support and administrative activities. The consultant will enable teams in the US and UK to use Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork and Copilot Studio effectively; build a small portfolio of reusable agents, skills and prompts; and establish the governance, documentation and ownership needed for long-term adoption.

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Discovery and opportunity assessment
  • Work with Corporate Platforms colleagues in the US and UK to map BAU, operational and administrative activities.
  • Identify opportunities where AI and automation can save time or improve quality.
  • Recognise existing team capabilities that could be enhanced through better access to tools or practical application.
  • Prioritise opportunities by business value, effort, risk and readiness.
  • Produce and maintain an agreed backlog of AI use cases, recommended tools and proposed owners.
  • Enablement and training
  • Design and deliver an engaging programme of brown bag sessions, workshops and follow-up clinics.
  • Build practical capability in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork and Copilot Studio using relevant Corporate Platforms scenarios.
  • Schedule sessions across US Eastern and UK time zones and record them for future reference.
  • Tailor content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Establish champions and practical guidance to encourage day-to-day adoption.
  • Agent and skill development
  • Design, build and publish agents and skills using Copilot Studio and Copilot Cowork.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services, including:
  • Teams
  • SharePoint
  • OneDrive

  • Obtain appropriate license-owner approval for Copilot capabilities.
  • Apply responsible AI, data protection and information-handling principles to all solutions.
  • Account for UK and EU data residency requirements. Anthropic models in Copilot and Copilot Cowork are restricted for UK and EU colleagues because they may process data in the US; their use is opt-in and must take account of client, contractual and regulatory obligations.
  • Document governance checkpoints, risks, controls and approval decisions.
  • Document agents, skills, prompts, build standards and operating procedures.
  • Define named owners and support arrangements for every solution.
  • Create practical playbooks and how-to guides that enable the team to operate and extend solutions independently.
  • Complete a structured handover before the engagement ends.
  • Prioritised AI opportunity assessment and use-case backlog, including value, effort, recommended tools and owners.
  • Training plan, brown bag materials, recordings and supporting guidance.
  • Working agents and skills built with Copilot Studio and Copilot Cowork.
  • Curated prompt library for common Corporate Platforms tasks.
  • Playbook covering build standards, governance, support and ownership arrangements.
  • Final report covering adoption metrics, outcomes, lessons learned and recommendations for next steps.

Requirements:

Synechron Compensation & Benefits Highlights

The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about Synechron and has not been reviewed or approved by Synechron.

  • Fair & Transparent Compensation — Pay is frequently characterized as competitive, particularly relative to large service-consulting peers and in certain in-demand skill areas. Compensation sentiment appears strongest when staffing is stable on strong client engagements and for market-aligned roles in major hubs.
  • Healthcare Strength — Healthcare coverage is often portrayed as a strong point in the U.S., with broad coverage and relatively favorable out-of-pocket experiences. Core medical, dental, and vision options are consistently described as meeting or exceeding a baseline expectation for consulting roles.
  • Equity Value & Accessibility — Equity was made broadly accessible through a company-wide RSU grant tied to a major revenue milestone. This is positioned as a notable upside even if it is framed as a one-time recognition event rather than an ongoing program.
