AI-Driven Reporting Specialist (64524)

We are seeking an AI-savvy Reporting Specialist(s) to modernize how our business tracks performance, surfaces risk, and delivers insight. This isn't a "run the same report by hand every week" role — you'll use AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Power BI Copilot, or similar) to build, automate, and scale recurring reporting, while applying an analyst's eye to catch red flags, anomalies, and inconsistencies before they become business problems.

The ideal candidate treats AI as a core part of their toolkit — not a novelty — and gets genuine satisfaction from turning a manual, repetitive reporting process into something faster, cleaner, and self-checking.

• Use AI tools to design, build, and automate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports, reducing manual, repetitive work wherever possible.

• Apply AI-assisted analysis to flag red flags, anomalies, and outliers in revenue, commissions, KPIs, and operational data — and clearly explain why something looks off.

• Compile, validate, and consolidate data from multiple internal systems, using AI to speed up reconciliation and error-checking.

• Build and maintain reporting trackers and dashboards designed to be repeatable and low-maintenance, not rebuilt from scratch each cycle.

• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; proactively escalate emerging risks or data inconsistencies with supporting evidence, not just raw numbers.

• Perform reconciliations for revenue, commissions, and other financial or operational metrics, using AI to detect discrepancies at scale.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate, and complete data submissions.

• Translate AI-generated analysis into clear, actionable narratives for management and business stakeholders — not just spreadsheets and charts.

• Identify inefficient or manual reporting processes and pilot AI-based automation or process improvements.

• Support internal and external audits, reviews, and reporting-integrity initiatives.

• Uphold reporting standards, timelines, and data confidentiality requirements throughout.

Qualifications & Skills

• Hands-on, demonstrable experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Power BI Copilot, or similar) to build reports, analyze data, or automate workflows — familiarity alone isn't enough; we're looking for someone who has actually put these tools to work.

• Strong instinct for spotting red flags — unusual variances, trends that don't add up, or data that doesn't reconcile — before being asked to look.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, formulas; macros/VBA a plus).

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a strong plus, especially combined with AI copilots to accelerate development.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Ability to translate complex or AI-generated analysis into clear, business-friendly language.

• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables and deadlines in a structured, fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of KPIs, dashboards, and operational or financial reporting.
