The AI & Digitalization Associate supports digital transformation initiatives across the organization by identifying opportunities for automation, improving business processes, and implementing AI and digital solutions. The role contributes to increasing productivity, reducing manual work, and supporting data-driven decision-making through the use of modern technologies, digital tools, and business intelligence solutions. Based on individual interests, educational background, and previous experience, successful candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to digitalization initiatives within Human Resources, Process Engineering, Quality, or Logistics.
Your Responsibilities will be to:
Analyze business and manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for automation and digitalization
Support the development and implementation of AI-driven and digital solutions
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
Support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate solutions
Process, analyze, and interpret data from various sources
Support digitalization initiatives across manufacturing, quality, logistics, and administrative functions
Assist in the delivery of training programs and user support for digital tools and solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement and automation projects
Our requirements:
Minimum secondary school education, preferably final-year studies or a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Basic knowledge of Python programming
Knowledge of Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel is considered an advantage
Basic understanding of process automation and digital technologies
Knowledge of SQL databases and Microsoft Power Automate is considered an advantage
Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
Good English language skills, both written and spoken
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proactive approach, willingness to learn, and interest in digital innovation
