Job DescriptionWe are looking for an AI DevOps Engineer to join us in Warsaw! You will be part of a team that aims to bring engine, game development tools and gameplay systems to the next level. You’ll work closely with data scientists and engineers to streamline the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models, build robust ML pipelines, and ensure our infrastructure scales with the growing needs of cutting-edge AI-driven game systems.
Daily responsibilities
- Setting up, configuring and maintaining ML environments both locally and in the cloud.
- Deploying, monitoring, and maintaining machine learning models in production.
- Building simple web applications and interfaces for models’ interactions.
- Integrating various services and systems into cohesive production solutions.
- Close collaboration with Data Science, IT, and Security teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in DevOps, ML Ops, or similar roles, preferably within the gaming industry or other real-time systems.
- Strong experience with building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning pipelines in production environments.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration of ML systems.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD practices tailored to ML workflows.
- Practical knowledge of Python and GCP.
- Knowledge of model versioning, reproducibility, and data governance best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional teams.
- A passion for games and a curiosity for how AI and machine learning can enhance interactive experiences.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Perforce is a plus.
- Experience with Azure and AWS.
Working mode
- In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.

What We Do
CD PROJEKT RED is home to over 900 game-making professionals from all over the globe. We speak many different languages, but share one love — video games.
The studio’s portfolio largely comprises The Witcher series of role-playing games, including 2015’s The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which received over 250 Game of the Year awards. In 2020, the studio released its most recent game: Cyberpunk 2077 — a first-person RPG set in a futuristic, high-tech world. Other notable releases include Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales, and GWENT: The Witcher Card Game — in which players create decks of witcher-world warriors and fight epic card battles with other people around the globe.
Headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, CD PROJEKT RED has offices in Kraków and Wrocław, as well as in Los Angeles and Vancouver.
The studio is part of the larger CD PROJEKT S.A. Capital Group, which also includes Spokko, a mobile-focused developer responsible for The Witcher: Monster Slayer, and The Molasses Flood, a development studio in Boston, which is currently working on a game based on one of CD PROJEKT RED’s IPs.
