Job Description

We are looking for AI Developer with Python to join our growing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Competency Center located in Katowice. The Team develops AI solutions, like trend analysis, outliers detection, forecasting, and chatbots for internal customers. Main responsibilities:

• Daily collaboration with business representatives to understand requirements (English and Polish language).

• Develop Python-based AI solutions, code productization, solution maintenance.

• Work with Architect, Data Scientists, ML engineers, and Junior Python Developers.

• Integration with REST APIs and other systems, including Azure Cloud services.

• Work in Agile methodologies, SCRUM.

• Work in Git.

• Conduct demos for business representatives to showcase AI solutions.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE: Mid/senior-level proficiency in Python programming.

• MUST HAVE: Knowledge of REST API integration and ability to work with other systems and solutions.

• Proficiency in Git and experience working in SCRUM environments.

• With the ability to understand complex requirements.

• Minimum B2 level of English proficiency; Polish proficiency at a communicative level.

• Experience with innovation and openness to new technologies.

• Experience with Cloud services (Azure Cloud, etc.).

• Knowledge of Python libraries such as pandas, numpy, langchain, fastAPI, scikit-learn to develop AI solutions.

Nice to Have:

• 3+ years of experience with SQL and non-relational databases (MongoDB).

• Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Power Platform suite.

• Customer-oriented mindset with experience in client-facing roles.

• Experience in developing Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Kubernetes.

• CI/CD.

• Knowledge of end-to-end solution architecture.
