About the roleAs an AI Deployment Manager (ADM) at Cursor, you’ll own the post-sale journey for a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. You’ll help engineering organizations successfully roll out Cursor and evolve how they work with AI.
You’ll operate at the center of each account, partnering with developers, admins, and executives while working closely with Sales, Field Engineering, Product, and Support. You’ll shape rollout strategy and influence Cursor’s roadmap priorities through customer insight.
Success is measured by customer retention, product adoption, and revenue expansion.
Manage a book of business with our top enterprise customers, owning the long-term success of each account
Engage CTO / VP / SVP Engineering stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and guide AI-driven organizational change
Lead enterprise rollouts end-to-end: onboarding, enablement, internal champions, and scaled adoption
Turn high-impact use cases into durable, repeatable workflows across teams
Monitor account health and usage data to drive renewals and expansion with AEs
Represent the customer internally, synthesizing feedback and influencing product priorities
You’ve worked at the intersection of business and technology and thrive in customer-facing roles
You can translate customer needs into clear technical plans and measurable outcomes
You understand modern engineering orgs, the SDLC, developer workflows, and tool adoption
You communicate comfortably with both developers and senior executives
You’re analytical and operational, using data to prioritize and drive action
You’re already a Cursor user (or power user of modern AI coding tools) with strong opinions about what great looks like (big plus)
Skills Required
- Experience at the intersection of business and technology in customer-facing roles
- Ability to translate customer needs into technical plans and measurable outcomes
- Understanding of modern engineering organizations, SDLC, developer workflows, and tool adoption
- Comfortable communicating with developers and senior executives (CTO/VP/SVP)
- Analytical and operational mindset; use data to prioritize and drive action
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and driving retention/expansion
- Familiarity or power-user experience with Cursor or modern AI coding tools
