Own revenue accounting end-to-end: run and improve month/quarter close for revenue accounts, perform reconciliations and flux analysis, partner on pricing/billing changes, implement and maintain billing/revenue systems, and design audit-ready internal controls and documentation.

Post-sale Solution Architect embedded in strategic enterprise accounts to configure environments, design AI-native developer workflows, run enablement, debug CI/CD and integrations, drive adoption, lead architecture reviews, and partner with engineering leadership to scale Cursor across organizations.

Own and grow a named book of strategic enterprise accounts across India, driving new logo acquisition and expansion. Lead full-cycle, technical enterprise sales from prospecting through negotiation and close. Build account strategies, create pipeline via outbound and inbound channels, collaborate with Sales Engineering/Product/Customer Success, navigate complex procurement/security/legal processes, and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Lead and scale a federal sales organization: hire and coach account executives, set territory and GTM strategy, drive new agency acquisition and expansion, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, build executive relationships, define ROI frameworks tied to developer productivity and AI adoption, partner with engineering and AI deployment for POCs to production, and develop repeatable federal procurement and compliance playbooks.

Lead and scale Cursor's Commercial Sales across APJ: build the regional sales organization, hire and coach managers and AEs, define GTM and sales playbooks, establish pipeline generation and forecasting discipline, partner cross-functionally, and stay close to key customers to drive growth.

Build and lead a SLED (state, local, education) sales organization: hire and coach account executives, set territory strategy, drive new logo acquisition and expansion, lead complex enterprise sales with technical and procurement stakeholders, ensure ROI frameworks and secure deployments, and shape product and go-to-market for the public sector.

Drive revenue across a named federal book by landing new agencies and expanding strategic accounts. Lead complex, multi-threaded federal sales cycles, guide technical evaluations and security reviews, build executive relationships, quantify ROI tied to developer productivity, and partner with engineering and deployment teams to deliver proofs of concept through production.

Own Marketing Finance end-to-end as the primary finance partner to Marketing leadership: manage headcount and program spend, build top-of-funnel and pipeline models for planning and forecasting, design ROI and efficiency frameworks, deliver insight-driven reporting, and collaborate with Data and RevOps to create measurement infrastructure. Start as an IC with a clear path to hire and lead a team. Must be full-time onsite in SF or NY.

Lead civilian government channel partnerships with prime contractors and agency stakeholders to embed Cursor into federal civilian software workflows. Own revenue targets, build partner pipelines, negotiate reseller/team agreements, pursue contract vehicles, support FedRAMP and technical evaluations, and represent Cursor at industry events.

Build hands-on technical learning content (labs, tutorials, workshops, demos, reference implementations) using Cursor to enable developer adoption; lead workshops; partner with Product, Engineering, DevRel, and Field teams; measure adoption and improve educational formats.

Lead end-to-end integrated B2B campaigns for enterprise audiences: define strategy, audience, messaging, channels, and KPIs; coordinate cross-functional partners; run ABM and account-targeted motions; measure pipeline and revenue impact; and build repeatable systems for scalable campaign execution.

Design and own Cursor's storage layer: databases, caches, and multi-database topology. Build sharding, migrations, query instrumentation, cache infrastructure, and guidance for choosing storage engines to ensure reliability, performance, and scalable operations.

Build platform primitives for service provisioning, deploy tooling, workflow orchestration, and service ownership at Cursor. Improve developer experience and production reliability by creating shared abstractions, declarative service configuration, durable workflows, and a service catalogue to speed provisioning and incident resolution.

Own strategic customer engagements from discovery through delivery: scope time-boxed AI/LLM projects with executives, lead technical discovery, configure workflows and integrations, enable adoption through training and playbooks, monitor feasibility, surface expansion opportunities, and escalate product gaps to Product and Engineering.

Partner with Sales leadership, Recruiting, and Revenue Operations to lead headcount planning, own sales capacity/productivity models, produce monthly reporting and leadership dashboards, and manage the consolidated Sales-led P&L tying headcount and spend to bookings, ARR, revenue, and margins.
