Paris is one of AlixPartners' leading European offices, advising CEOs, Boards, executive teams and private equity investors across France and the wider EMEA region.

Working closely with colleagues across our global network, we support clients across functions including operations, finance, procurement, supply chain, commercial excellence and corporate strategy.

Your Role

As part of our AI Transformation team, you will help organisations unlock the full potential of Artificial Intelligence across strategy, operations and enterprise transformation.

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

AI Strategy & Transformation

• Define AI transformation strategies and implementation roadmaps.
• Identify high-value AI use cases across business functions.
• Design AI-enabled operating models.
• Advise executive teams on AI investments, governance and adoption.
• Support organisational change and AI transformation programmes.

Build & Prototype

• Develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
• Design and prototype AI-enabled business solutions.
• Experiment with Generative AI, Agentic AI and emerging technologies.
• Design intelligent workflows and automation solutions.
• Translate business challenges into practical AI use cases.

Deliver Business Impact

• Deploy AI solutions alongside client teams.
• Support enterprise-wide adoption.
• Measure business outcomes and value creation.
• Bridge business priorities with technical implementation.
• Ensure solutions remain pragmatic, scalable and focused on measurable client impact.

Build the Practice

As our AI Transformation practice continues to grow, you will also contribute to:

• developing new client offerings;
• creating reusable methodologies and intellectual property;
• supporting business development activities;
• mentoring colleagues;
• strengthening AlixPartners' market leadership in AI Transformation.

Your Profile

We are looking for consultants who combine business acumen, technical curiosity and an execution mindset.

Depending on seniority, we welcome candidates ranging from exceptional early-career talent to experienced transformation leaders.

Successful candidates may come from leading consulting firms, specialised AI organisations, technology consulting practices or corporate transformation teams.

Technical Experience

We value hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including:

• Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases
• Agentic AI
• AI orchestration and workflow automation
• AI governance, responsible AI and security

Hands-on experience building prototypes, experimenting with AI technologies and deploying AI-enabled solutions is particularly valued.
