The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced AI Data Specialist to support the implementation and optimization of AI technologies on a government contract. This position will identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, while ensuring compliance with the customer’s Trustworthy AI Framework.
Responsibilities:
Identify areas where AI can be implemented to gain efficiencies and reduce costs across the organization
Develop and integrate AI-driven technical solutions to realize identified benefits.
Ensure all AI implementations adhere to six AI Principles: Purposeful, Effective and Safe, Secure and Private, Fair and Equitable, Transparent and Explainable, and Accountable and Monitored.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI technologies in various aspects of operations and maintenance processes.
Provide expertise in predictive maintenance, automated scheduling, resource allocation, and data analytics for optimizing operational efficiency.
Create automated reporting and compliance tracking systems using AI technologies.
Prepare annual AI efficiency reports detailing deployed technologies, achieved efficiencies, and projected improvements.
Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field of study
5+ years of experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in large-scale environments or Machine Language
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and data analytics
Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
Familiarity with federal government IT systems and regulations
Understanding of data privacy and security best practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience in creating documentation for AI systems, including Statements of Attestation
Desired
Master's degree in relevant field of study
Experience supporting federal financial systems in a production O&M environment
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Momentum Financials or other Financial ERP system experience

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
