We are seeking an AI Data Creator and Evaluator to join our Research and Development team. As part of that team, you will be trained on Omilia's NLU platform and gain an under-the-hood understanding of all technologies involved in enabling conversational, human-system interactions.
The successful candidate will contribute to the creation and evaluation of data. Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Create data to solve real problems.
- Developing, and implementing data generation methodologies to ensure the creation of high-quality datasets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and specifications.
- Conducting data cleaning and preprocessing to maintain data integrity and quality.
- Evaluating and validating the accuracy and relevance of datasets for various AI and machine learning projects.
- Taking ownership of the dataset, which includes ensuring careful and accurate annotation to maintain its utility and relevance for AI projects.
- Maintaining documentation for data generation processes, standards, and guidelines.
- Ensuring ethical standards are met in data creation processes, including privacy and confidentiality considerations.
- Providing insights and recommendations to improve data collection and creation methods.
- Bachelor's degree in a humanities field (preferred Linguistics) or field related to data or equivalent experience;
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills;
- Basic understanding of AI technologies and data annotation processes;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
