We are looking for an experienced UX Designer (8–12 years) to design and optimize AI-driven conversational experiences across chatbots, voice assistants, and Generative AI interfaces. You will craft intuitive dialogue flows, engineer prompts, and ensure seamless user interaction with AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design dialogue flows, intents, and responses for chatbots and voice assistants.
- Apply UX, linguistics, and cognitive psychology principles to conversational design.
- Build and maintain prompt libraries, fallback strategies, and evaluation frameworks.
- Conduct user research, develop personas, and analyze conversation logs for improvements.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers in agile squads.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong Generative AI fundamentals.
- Expertise in conversational design and prompt engineering.
- Arabic language proficiency (verbal & written).
