AI Consultant

As we launch our dedicated Anthropic AI Practice, we are building a team of AI-first consultants who will help clients across industries harness the power of Claude and the broader Anthropic ecosystem to drive measurable business impact.

We are seeking a curious, technically grounded  AI Consultant to join our newly formed Anthropic AI Practice. In this role, you will work alongside senior consultants and client teams to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Anthropic's Claude models and APIs. You will gain deep hands-on experience across the full AI delivery lifecycle — from discovery and prototyping through to production deployment and continuous improvement.

Client Delivery

• Support the design and development of Claude-powered applications, agents, and workflows for enterprise clients
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications and AI solution architectures
• Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering activities
• Assist in developing proof-of-concept prototypes and iterating based on stakeholder feedback

AI Engineering

• Build and integrate solutions using the Anthropic API, including prompt engineering, tool use, and multi-turn conversation design
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and vector database integrations
• Develop and evaluate AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom implementations
• Write clean, well-documented Python or JavaScript/TypeScript code for AI application back-ends

Quality & Best Practices

• Conduct prompt testing, output evaluation, and iterative refinement to meet client quality standards
• Support implementation of responsible AI practices, including safety reviews and bias assessments
• Contribute to internal documentation, reusable templates, and practice accelerators

• 1–3 years of experience in a technology, consulting, or AI engineering role
• Hands-on experience working with large language model (LLM) APIs — Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or similar
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for building AI-integrated applications
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering techniques (chain-of-thought, few-shot, system prompting)
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience

• Direct experience with the Anthropic Claude API and Anthropic model families
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) and RAG architectures
• Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP) or multi-agent orchestration patterns
• Understanding of MLOps practices — deployment, monitoring, versioning, and evaluation pipelines
• Prior consulting, agency, or client-facing project experience
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or Adobe Experience Cloud
