The Role:
We’re seeking AI Cadets to join our innovative tech team. You’ll work with cutting-edge artificial intelligence tools, gain hands-on experience in AI development, and contribute to shaping the future of our platform in a supportive, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in designing, building, and improving AI-driven features for the swipejobs platform
- Train, test, and evaluate machine learning models to improve accuracy and performance
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to integrate AI solutions into our systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot AI workflows to ensure quality and reliability
- Research emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices to keep our solutions ahead of the curve
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
- Knowledge of Python and popular AI/ML frameworks
- Understanding of data processing and database technologies (SQL or NoSQL)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Interest in AI ethics, innovation, and real-world application of emerging technologies
