We are seeking two highly skilled AI/Backend Experts to join our team for a cutting-edge AI/UI experience experimentation Proof of Concept (POC) project. This role requires senior-level expertise in AI and backend development, with the ability to prototype and iterate quickly.
Please note:
- This is a 6-month project with possibility to be extended
- You will be required to work on a Monday to Friday basis, 7.30 to 15.30 PST
- The estimated starting date for this project is November 1st, 2024
Responsibilities:
- Develop and prototype AI-driven backend solutions using Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and front-end developers to create innovative AI-powered user experiences.
- Utilize agent frameworks such as Crew AI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and others to build and optimize LLM and agent-based applications.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to the overall architecture and design of the POC projects.
- Create functional prototypes to test ideas, iterate, and improve based on feedback.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI and backend development.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with experience in HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks like Crew AI, LangChain, and Semantic Kernel.
- Basic understanding of building LLM and agent-based applications.
- Experience in rapid prototyping and iterative development.
- Bonus: Experience with modern UI frameworks and Salesforce Platform
- Strong collaboration skills and a passion for experimentation and innovation.
