What you are going to do:
- Transform Processes: Automate and optimize workflows with the latest Microsoft AI tools to boost efficiency and streamline operations.
- Work with AI Automation Every Day: Embrace AI-first mindset and apply top-tier AI tools across all areas of the business.
- Hands-On Automation: Build, test, and improve automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and other cutting-edge tech to make everything run smoothly.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work directly with all teams to integrate automation and AI into processes within the group of companies.
- Push Boundaries: Explore new ways AI and Automation can make us more effective and innovative, and put your ideas into action to keep us moving forward.
We expect you to:
- Have practical experience with automation tools like Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, N8N or similar
- Have knowledge of database systems for automating data workflows, creating queries, and implementing data-driven automation solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field with coursework or projects in AI or machine learning would be an advantage.
- Have practical experience automating internal company processes and workflows.
- Be familiar with CI/CD pipelines and automation-related best practices.
- Have strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or JavaScript would be an advantage
