About the Role:
We are hiring an AI Automation Engineer who lives and breathes automation. Your mission? Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and deploy smart, AI-driven automations across the entire company—spanning operations, sales, marketing, HR, finance, support, QA and more.
You’ll use platforms like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and custom-built LLM integrations to eliminate manual tasks, reduce turnaround time, and supercharge team productivity. From scraping to summarising, from routing to replying—you’ll automate it all.

What will be your responsibilities?
- Auditing existing internal workflows across departments to identify automation opportunities.
- Design and build end-to-end automation pipelines using tools like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or custom scripts.
- Integrate with third-party APIs, CRMs, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Airtable, etc.
- Build LLM-based agents or tasks (e.g., summarisation, classification, smart replies, data enrichment).
- Connect AI services (OpenAI, Claude, HuggingFace, OCR tools, etc.) into automated flows.
- Handle data parsing, storage, and transformation for structured outputs (CSV, JSON, spreadsheets).
- Monitor, debug, and maintain running automations with alerts and logging.
- Collaborate with all internal departments to design high-impact, low-maintenance automation solutions.
- Create documentation and onboarding playbooks for non-tech teams to understand and use automations.
What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flows between SaaS tools.
- Experience integrating AI services (OpenAI, LangChain, OCR APIs, Whisper, etc.) into workflows.
- Comfortable writing basic scripts (Python, JS, Bash) for custom logic inside automation platforms.
- Excellent process-mapping and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across departments to understand problems and deliver working automation solutions fast.
- Bonus: Experience in workflow analytics, process mining, or robotic process automation (RPA).
- Bonus: Prior experience automating operations in a SaaS or startup environment.
