The Role

This role sits in the Office of the CEO. It is a business-focused AI operating role.

This is not a traditional engineering seat. It is a high-ownership role for someone who builds intelligent systems that drive measurable outcomes across the company.



We are building technology that saves lives 

Falls are the leading cause of injury related death for older adults, responsible for more than 700,000 deaths every year. 

Existing solutions fail. 
Cameras invade privacy. 
Microphones are unreliable. 
Wearables are not worn. 

We are the only company that can detect falls at scale without cameras, without wearables, and without friction. 

Our deep tech wireless sensing platform delivers a 1000x performance advantage over legacy systems, detecting nano scale human motion with unmatched precision. 

We are scaling fast at 26 percent month over month growth. We need AI embedded into every layer of our operating system to sustain this trajectory. 

This role has massive impact on that mission. 

The Role 

This is a force multiplier role in the Office of the CEO. 

You report directly to the CEO and partner closely with the COO and CCO. 

Your mandate is leverage. Build and deploy AI systems that remove bottlenecks, automate cognitive work, and dramatically increase company output. 

You will: 

  • Lead end to end deployment of AI systems and intelligent agents across the organization 
  • Architect, build, and maintain production ready AI tools and automation workflows 
  • Leverage platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, Gemini, Lovable, Replit and emerging systems 
  • Drive measurable improvements across marketing, GTM, lead generation, sales, product, and customer success 
  • Integrate data across tools and build dashboards that drive decisions 
  • Define metrics, track impact, and continuously optimize performance 

This role owns outcomes, not experiments. 

If you execute well, leadership capacity multiplies and execution speed compounds. 

Scope & Authority 

You will define and own AI strategy and deployment across the company. You will set standards, select tools, define system architecture, and drive adoption across teams. You will influence how every department operates. 

This is not a support role. You are building the AI operating system of the company. You will have the mandate and resources to experiment, deploy, and iterate rapidly.

Intellectual Environment

About You 

  • 2+ years of hands on experience building and deploying AI or automation systems 
  • Fluent with modern AI platforms including OpenAI, Claude, Lovable, Replit, Gemini, Meta tools, and Perplexity 
  • Strong technical intuition with the ability to move from idea to deployed system quickly 
  • Fast learner who adapts as tools evolve 
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shipping without perfect information 
  • Highly self directed with strong execution discipline 
  • You think in systems, not prompts. 

Bonus 

  • Marketing and go to market experience 
  • Advertising or digital marketing background 
  • Strong business acumen 
  • Startup or high growth experience 
  • Founder or early operator experience 
  • Computer science or engineering background
