Must-Haves
- 3+ years in DevOps, scripting, or workflow automation
- Proficiency in Python and PowerShell
- Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data.
- Ability to design and debug end-to-end automations
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and observability tools
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Power Automate, or Tines.
- Basic understanding of LLMs, prompts, and embeddings
- Clear communication and documentation skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Prompt engineering, LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, OpenDevin
- Vector databases and RAG pipelines
- MSP/RMM/PSA tools like ConnectWise, Datto, or Kaseya
- Mentoring, documentation, knowledge-sharing
- Error handling, fallback logic, and observability design
