Primary Responsibilities:
- Product Management
- Develop, maintain, and continuously refine the product roadmap, outlining strategic initiatives, timelines, and key milestones
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring teams focus on delivering maximum value
- Collaborate closely with technology teams, business users, and cross-functional partners to understand requirements and translate them into actionable product features
- Technical Expertise
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to guide product direction
- Understand complex technical challenges and facilitate discussions to drive effective solutions
- Ensure the product complies with technical, security, and regulatory standards throughout the development lifecycle
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage data, analytics, and insights to guide product strategy and decision-making
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform enhancements
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Technology team and business stakeholders for assigned products
- Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to refine product direction and features
- Provide regular updates on product progress, risks, and challenges to leadership and key stakeholders
- Agile & Process Improvement
- Promote and embed Agile methodologies within the product team, advocating for continuous improvement
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Monitor product performance and operational metrics to inform and drive iterative improvements
- Risk Management & Quality Assurance
- Identify potential risks across the product lifecycle and implement mitigation plans proactively
- Ensure quality assurance processes are integrated into all stages of product development
- Oversee timely resolution of technical issues and customer-facing concerns to ensure seamless product performance
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline OR equivalent
- Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or Agile equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Software Engineering and IT/ITES Industry as Product Owner / Product Manager/Business Analyst
- 6+ years of Product owner / Business Analysis experience
- Service Now experience
- Agile Methodology: Experience with Scrum and Agile software development methodologies
- Solid Healthcare Domain Experience and In-depth knowledge of health care systems
- PBM Familiarity: Candidates with familiarity with RX PBM
- Familiarity or working knowledge of tools like Rally, JIRA, Confluence, AHA
- Proven solid communication skills, ability to prioritize effectively, and experience working with technical teams
- Proven solid capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Research, UI/UX, Program Management)
- Demonstrated ability in feature planning, prioritization, and making tradeoff decisions
- Flexibility with working on USA overlap shift timings (3:30 pm to 1:00 AM)
