Position Overview

Netwrix is looking for an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain the intelligent automations that help our Product team work faster and smarter. In this role, you'll build agentic workflows and reusable automations that take on repetitive, high-volume work research, synthesis, drafting, reporting, and day-to-day tool upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain agentic workflows and automations that support product management work.
  • Integrate automations with the systems the team relies on daily (CRM, knowledge base, project trackers, chat and collaboration tools) via APIs and connectors.
  • Build and maintain a shared library of reusable automations and skills
  • Partner directly with product managers and other stakeholders to understand recurring pain points, scope automation opportunities, and turn them into working tools.
  • Test, monitor, and iterate on automations already in use
  • Train and support the people using the tools you build, so they can operate them, spot issues, and give you useful feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience building automated workflows or agentic systems using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar (or custom code).
  • Practical, hands-on experience building with AI/LLM tools – agent creation, tool/API integrations, and retrieval-based or multi-step workflows.
  • Experience integrating with common business systems via APIs (CRM, ticketing, chat/collaboration platforms).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate a real business process into working automations.
  • Excellent communication skills — you'll work directly with non-technical stakeholders to scope, build, and roll out tools they'll use daily.
  • 3+ years of experience in automation engineering, technical operations, or a similar hands-on building role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience training or supporting non-technical teams as they adopt new tools.
  • Background in product management, product operations, or another SaaS environment.
  • Experience building an internal automation or AI-enablement capability from the ground up.
  • Exposure to a cybersecurity or security-conscious environment.
