AI Architect & Platform Specialist

Play a central role in building the foundation for scalable AI across Stibo Software Group. Work at the intersection of AI architecture, enterprise platforms, and business enablement to transform AI from isolated experiments into secure, scalable, and production-ready capabilities across the organization.

This is the role and main tasks

You will join the AI Centre of Excellence in a dual-track role, helping build the technical foundation for scaling AI across Stibo Software Group. Working across architecture and platform implementation, you will move AI from isolated use cases to integrated, production-ready capabilities. The role focuses on defining and evolving the AI platform landscape—architecture, governance, operating model, and integration across enterprise systems—rather than a single technology stack.
 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design scalable AI architecture, integration patterns, and standards for secure enterprise solutions

• Establish reusable building blocks, AI agent patterns, and onboarding approaches to enable consistent delivery

• Advise on platform capabilities including security, scalability, integrations, and enterprise alignment

• Integrate AI capabilities with core systems such as Workday, Jira, and other enterprise platforms

• Support the journey from experimentation to production, ensuring adoption, stability, and continuous improvement

You will join a growing AI Centre of Excellence within SSC, working across technical specialists and business functions.

The team focuses on enabling scalable AI adoption across the organization while balancing innovation, governance, and operational maturity.

You likely come from software engineering, enterprise architecture, platform engineering, or system integration, and enjoy turning technical possibilities into scalable solutions.

• Have experience in enterprise architecture, platform engineering, or AI/automation

• Understand integrations, APIs, security frameworks, and enterprise system landscapes

• Have exposure to AI platforms, orchestration tools, or enablement technologies

• Balance best practices with pragmatic execution in real-world environments

• Are self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently

• Thrive in collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Take a broad technology view rather than being tied to a single vendor ecosystem
