- Implement integrations between business applications, APIs, and third-party platforms
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
- Develop internal tools, AI assistants, and workflow enhancements to improve productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automation performance and reliability
- Maintain clear technical documentation and process documentation
- Stay informed on emerging AI and automation technologies and recommend practical applications
- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools
- Familiarity with AI platforms and large language model tools such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent technologies
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Experience building AI assistants, chatbots, or intelligent workflows
- Understanding of databases, CRM systems, and SaaS platforms
- Experience in operations, process improvement, or digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization
Skills Required
