Role: AI Adoption Manager
Location: Krakow – 3 days/week onsite
Based in our new IT hub at Unity Tower in Krakow, this is an exciting opportunity to join Galderma’s growing IT presence in Poland as a AI Adoption Manager.
In this highly visible, business-facing role, you will drive the successful integration and adoption of AI solutions across Galderma. Acting as a key partner to the Senior Manager of AI & Automation, you will translate AI capabilities into practical, role-based ways of working that deliver measurable value across functions and regions.
You will lead enablement and engagement for AI initiatives, building and training a global network of AI Champions, designing impactful learning journeys, and delivering clear, compelling communications that bring AI to life for the business.
Combining strong change management expertise with a data-driven mindset, you will remove adoption barriers, ensure responsible use, and help embed AI at scale, acting as an orchestrator, community ambassador, and trusted bridge between technology and business value.
Key responsibilities
Adoption Strategy & Change Management: Develop adoption strategies for AI solutions (GenAI, Copilot, automation) including stakeholder mapping, readiness assessments, and change plans aligned to business rollouts.
AI Champions Network: Train, and coach AI champions within functions and regions; run a community of practice with regular sessions, playbooks, and peer support.
Training & Enablement: Design and deliver role‑based learning journeys (live sessions, bite‑size content, guides); ensure responsible use guidance is understood (privacy, security, ethics).
Communications & Storytelling: Create clear communications that explain the “why”, “what”, and “how” of AI initiatives; highlight success stories and practical use cases to build momentum.
Value Realization & Measurement: Define adoption KPIs (usage, satisfaction, productivity, process impact); track benefits with business owners; identify gaps and corrective actions to ensure value delivery.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Collect user feedback, champion insights, and support tickets; prioritize improvements with AI Product/Engineering; iterate training and guidance based on real usage patterns.
Governance Alignment: Ensure adoption activities align with security, legal, privacy, and Responsible AI requirements; maintain up‑to‑date user guidance and escalation paths.
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years in change management, digital adoption, training/enablement, or transformation roles.
Experience launching new digital tools at scale (communications, training, champion networks, support readiness).
Exposure to AI solutions and associated risk considerations (privacy, security, responsible use) preferred.
Demonstrated success measuring adoption and business value with data (usage analytics, KPI tracking).
Comfortable operating in a global matrix environment with diverse stakeholders.
Strong English speaking and writing skills
