In this role, you will be expected to:
- Drive AI adoption across BIS by working directly with department heads and teams to identify meaningful opportunities for AI integration.
- Design, run, and evaluate AI pilot projects that address real business problems; gather feedback and iterate.
- Build internal AI resources, including toolkits, prompt libraries, use-case examples, and best practices.
- Create and deliver advanced AI learning sessions, workshops, and 1:1 mentorships to elevate AI fluency across the company.
- Track and report on AI usage and wins; compile data, case studies, and performance metrics for leadership and internal communication.
- Stay current with AI and emerging technology trends, testing tools and evaluating potential for implementation at BIS.
- Collaborate with L&D to shape a development journey for team members at all skill levels.
- Serve as the go-to internal resource for AI workflows and problem-solving, offering hands-on help where needed.
- Foster a culture of curiosity and action, encouraging departments to initiate their own AI-driven improvements.
- Build and maintain an innovation pipeline, ensuring BIS stays ahead of the curve in leveraging new technology.

- Have a proven ability to lead through action, accountability, and behaviour change, not just motivation.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI platforms and tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Midjourney, Zapier/Make, Runway).
- Have a track record of translating technical capability into real outcomes.
- Are comfortable leading departments through AI transitions with clear, practical steps.
- Continuously experiment with new technologies and bring actionable insights back to the team.
- Can break down complex ideas into accessible, motivating, and useful language.
- Work seamlessly with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Are excited about emerging tech but focused on what works now and how to scale it across teams.
- Can take broad goals like “AI fluency across departments” and build clear plans to get there.
Bonus points if you:
- Experience implementing Generative AI solutions that delivered measurable business outcomes
