Provide front-line technical support for a SaaS safety platform via phone and email, troubleshoot issues, educate customers on features, document requests, test updates, and collaborate with development to improve product and processes.

Own and build BIS Safety Software’s lifecycle marketing program across SaaS and course businesses. Responsibilities include developing email campaigns, audience segments, nurture journeys, HubSpot workflows, lead routing, attribution, reporting, CRM data quality, consent compliance, and cross-platform tracking. The role requires hands-on program creation, collaboration with web and product teams, and oversight of external specialists. This is an in-person position in Sherwood Park, Alberta.

Serve as first point of contact for customers, delivering phone and email technical support, troubleshooting issues, educating users on software features, documenting requests, testing updates, and collaborating with development to resolve complex problems and improve the product and support processes.

Owns end-to-end video production, including concept development, scheduling, shooting, directing, editing, and delivery. Produces podcasts, tutorials, product features, campaign videos, webinars, panels, and client-site content. Uses AI tools and freelance support to maintain a high production cadence while preserving quality. Advises marketing leadership on where video investment is valuable, manages on-camera talent and crews, and organizes footage and project files.

Perform manual testing for features, releases, bug fixes, and regression cycles. Create test plans, cases, scenarios, and documentation; identify, reproduce, document, and track defects; manage test data; and collaborate with developers and QA teammates. Contribute to automation testing, improve testing coverage and processes, and use emerging technologies such as AI to improve QA workflows.

Owns end-to-end website performance across marketing and eCommerce properties, including conversion optimization, SEO, AI-driven search visibility, technical site health, quality assurance, and purchase-path improvements. Leads a small web team and external partners, sets standards, builds strategic roadmaps, manages sprints, validates project estimates, and delivers performance reporting. Requires hands-on WordPress expertise, diagnostic ability, A/B testing experience, and a proven record of measurable improvements in conversion, traffic, or search performance.

Lead client onboarding and implementations for BIS Safety Software: configure environments, deliver virtual/in-person training, support data migration, manage timelines and stakeholder relationships, provide solution-focused support, partner with internal teams, and drive long-term client adoption and onboarding improvements.

Convert loosely defined product cases into build-ready specs: write clear PRDs, refine mockups with designers, catch edge cases, monitor high-priority work, unblock stalled items, and support release communications. Use AI heavily to draft and iterate specifications.
