Lead client onboarding and implementations for BIS Safety Software: configure environments, deliver virtual/in-person training, support data migration, manage timelines and stakeholder relationships, provide solution-focused support, partner with internal teams, and drive long-term client adoption and onboarding improvements.

Lead full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, and interview high volumes of candidates; partner with hiring managers to align hiring; use data and AI tools to improve hiring; build talent pipelines and support employer branding events.

Perform manual testing for new features and regressions, develop and maintain automated tests (Playwright/Cypress/Selenium) using JavaScript/TypeScript, create test plans and scenarios, log and track defects, collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues, manage test data, and improve QA processes and CI/CD test workflows.

Convert loosely defined product cases into build-ready specs: write clear PRDs, refine mockups with designers, catch edge cases, monitor high-priority work, unblock stalled items, and support release communications. Use AI heavily to draft and iterate specifications.

Own end-to-end web performance for marketing and e-commerce sites: improve conversion rates, SEO/AEO visibility, site health, and checkout flow. Set quality standards, run CRO/A-B tests, manage internal and external web teams, scope projects, and produce performance reporting and roadmaps.
