As Compliance Coordinator you will be the responsible of ensuring full compliance documentation
integrity across all licensed growers in the country by managing, validating, and
controlling certification and compliance documentation aligned to export market
requirements.
This role is the backbone of the
compliance system, ensuring audit readiness, traceability, and timely response
to compliance risks.
If you have experience and knowledge in quality management systems, certifications such as Global GAP or similar and have general understanding of ESG management, you could be a great fit. Please ensure your CV/Resume is submitted in English.

1. Compliance Documentation Management: Track certification validity, renewals, and audit schedules. Ensure documentation meets
country-specific market requirements
2. Risk & Non-Conformance Control: Identify and track non-conformities and compliance gaps. Follow through corrective actions with growers.
3. Grower Compliance Coordination: Provide guidance on certification and documentation
standards. Support audit preparation
and execution.
4. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain structured compliance tracking systems. Provide accurate and timely
reports to leadership. Ensure traceability and data integrity.
Requirements
Education / Experience:
- Degree in Administration, Agronomy, Food Science, Quality
Management or related
- 2–4 years in compliance/admin roles with background in
certifications
