CACI is looking for a range of entry to SME-level Agile/DevSecOps specialists to join our dynamic team supporting Cyber Security Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), a component of Department of Homeland Security (DHS). If you are a motivated individual looking to contribute to a critical mission, CACI would like to speak with you.
The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast-paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users. The candidate should speak well in front of an audience and be able to present briefs to high-ranking government personnel and be able to provide whiteboard sessions and presentations to personnel in a clear, concise but comprehensive manner.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for embedding an agile culture using techniques from a wide range of agile and SAFe methodologies and frameworks
• Helps to create an open and trust-based environment, which enables a focus on delivery and facilitates continuous improvement
• Assess team/organizational culture and delivery processes to identify and facilitate improvements
• Identifies and recommends tools and techniques to support agile processes
• Oversees training of agile methodologies/tools by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
Qualifications:

Required:
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain SCI
• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) - Cyber Security Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Entry On Duty (EOD) - Active EOD preferred
• Has SAFe 5.1 SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Certification
Education/Experience:
Entry
• BS/BA degree or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in Database Architecture. An associate degree plus 4 yrs work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Journeyman
• BS/BA degree or equivalent and 3-10 years of experience in Database Architecture. A Journeyman labor category typically performs all functional duties independently. Six years’ work experience or an Associate degree plus 4 yrs work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Senior
• BS/BA degree or equivalent and 10+ years of experience in Database Architecture and a master’s degree. Twelve years’ work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. A bachelor’s degree plus 8 yrs work experience may be substituted for a master’s degree.
SME
• BS/BA degree or equivalent and 15+ years of experience in Database Architecture and a master’s degree in addition to certifications in the applicable subject matter area. Twelve years’ work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. A bachelor’s degree plus 20 yrs work experience may be substituted for a master’s degree.
• Experience administering and maintaining Agile processes for software development teams
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional planning skills and ability to work within change management parameters
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with senior customers to field and troubleshooting questions and issue
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodology, processes, and techniques.
Desired:
• Previous DHS or DoD experience
• Experience in the design, development, testing, and management of DevSecOps processes and tools.
• Experience with development and integration of new or enhanced capabilities in the O

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$57,500-$117,900
