Agile Transformation & Strategy Intern

About the this Role: 

We are seeking a highly motivated Agile Transformation & Strategy Intern to support enterprise‑level Agile transformation initiatives. This role offers hands‑on exposure to strategic planning, cross‑functional collaboration between business and technology teams, and data‑driven decision‑making. The intern will work closely with senior leaders to help design, track, and communicate progress of Agile transformation efforts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in enterprise transformation, Agile delivery, digital strategy, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Agile transformation strategic planning, including documentation of current-state and future-state operating models
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, insights, and feedback
  • Assist in defining and tracking Agile transformation metrics and KPIs (e.g., flow, predictability, adoption, maturity)
  • Design and build dashboards and reports to visualize progress, risks, and outcomes of transformation initiatives
  • Help prepare executive-ready materials, including presentations, summaries, and status reports
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities across teams and portfolios
  • Support facilitation of Agile-related ceremonies, workshops, or working sessions (as needed)
  • Research industry best practices and benchmarks related to Agile, DevOps, and enterprise transformation
Required Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with data and translating insights into clear visuals or narratives
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe concepts
  • Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Google Data Studio)
  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Coursework or experience in strategy, process improvement, or digital transformation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
