What's exciting about the role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and be adept at guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time. As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of Agile teams, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Project Planning & Execution:

• Lead the planning and execution of Agile projects from inception to delivery. 
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. 
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring that project goals are achieved.

Agile Process Facilitation: 

• Continuously monitor and improve Agile processes, ensuring alignment with the team and organizational goals. 
• Remove obstacles and blockers that may impede the team's progress. 

Stakeholder Management: 

• Collaborate closely with product owners, product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives. 
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and manage expectations. 
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate project success and create a culture of transparency. 

Team Collaboration & Leadership: 

• Promote a collaborative team environment that encourages creative problem-solving and innovation. 
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, ensuring continuous improvement in performance.
• Ensure the team adheres to Agile values, such as delivering value early, collaboration, and continuous feedback. 

Risk & Issue Management: 

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating them when necessary. 
• Ensure teams are adhering to timelines and project milestones by addressing bottlenecks and roadblocks effectively. 

Metrics & Reporting: 

• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Agile team, such as velocity, burndown charts, sprint success rate, and cycle times. 
• Use data to drive improvements in team performance and project outcomes. 

Skills and Experience we desire

• 3+ years of experience managing projects in an Agile environment. 
• Fluent Romanian language and business fluent English
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar). 
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment. 
• Experience in the FinTech or Tech-related industries is preferred. 
• Familiarity with complex projects and continuous delivery flows. 
• Nice-to-have experience with scaling Agile practices (e.g., SAFe, LeSS). 
• Experience working closely with development teams.
