This role will be responsible for delivery of commitments on the 3- 4 Agile Squads like running the ceremonies, improving Agile ways of working along with responsibility for delivery of commitments and scope within timeline and budget. They will be responsible for Financial Management, Risk Management, Dependencies Management and reporting for their project. They may play the role of traditional PM on projects until their projects go through Agile transformation and help the team through the Agile Transformation journey.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.
Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducts team meetings and influences and coaches the team on Agile mindset.
- Serves as guardian of the SAFe Agile process.
- Drives relentless improvement efforts and minimizes outside disruptions.
- Coach the team on Agile Best Practices
- Partner with finance, project teams, and value stream owners to ensure all financial cadences (e.g., quarterly budgeting cycles, month-end closings, etc...) are supported by and aligned to portfolio financials.
- Coordinates and facilitates Program Increment (PI) Planning and documents committed objectives, team board and milestones.
- Responsible for facilitating all the scrum ceremonial meetings like the Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, Sprint Demo/Review & retrospectives.
- Helps the Product Owner and Scrum team create & maintain a healthy product backlog and helps the team in continuously managing & prioritizing the backlog.
- Addresses impediments and resolves or escalates as needed.
- Monitors progress of the team day to day, team velocity, team capacity and ensures that the team stays on track.
- Maintains team progress and boards in tool.
- Keeps the RTE/ Program Manager and Portfolio lead informed of the milestones/ deliverables of the team
- Conducts backlog refinement and iteration planning.
- Report progress, risk mitigation, and any updates to the initial resource, timeline, and budget plans to relevant stakeholders
- Assist in the process of balancing the interdependencies; scrum of scrums and or between projects to identify and plan for/ address these interdependencies.
- Coach the team on Agile best practices and help the team continually improve by using retrospective meetings as learning and adjust/improve based on the findings/recommendations.
- Build out a sprint calendar, release plan(s) and manage the overall timeline & delivery of the project.
- Review project team allocations, project related POs/invoices & manage the project financials.
- Create & publish weekly Clarity project status reports & host Steering Committee meetings.
- Manages multiple related Scrum teams/ Squads.
- Creates and provide information on milestones deliverables for the scrum team/ project to feed into ART/ Program
- Responsible to end-to-end execution and on time, on budget and on scope delivery of the project
- Responsible for Financial Management, Risk Management and Dependency management for the project
- Responsible for developing a comprehensive project plan. ?
- Works with the resource manager on the resource planning for the project
- Sets and manages stakeholder expectations.
- Responsible for project level governance and status reporting to right stakeholders at cadence
- Accountable for maintaining the RAAIDD log.
- Escalates when required and holds people accountable for mitigation and resolution of risk and issues.
- Keeps the Portfolio Lead and Program Manager informed of all the risks, issues and dependencies on the projects and seeks helps when necessary.
- Accountable to follow RBS processes and all artifacts and phase gates are followed for project execution.
- Coaches and mentors, the project team on the process and tools
- Works with Project Accountants to get information for Financial Management on the project.
- Responsible for managing changes in project scope, objectives, requirements, and resources ?and adherence to change control policies.
- Collaborates with solution team to take the project through change control process when required.
- Collaborates with other project managers for dependencies and manages them with minimal impact to delivery.
- Manages and tracks interdependencies and interfaces with related projects?.
- Collaborates with the solution team to ensure adherence to release management practices on the project.
- Accountable and responsible for receiving Go-No-Go Signoff?
- Holds delivery teams accountable for the development of architecture design documents, test plans, deployment, and hyper care plan?.
- Responsible for issuing a communication for changes in the project including path to greens and close out email for the project and other close out activities including updating Clarity and retrospectives?

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or in a Computer Science, Business or Technical field.
- 5 + Years of experience as a scrum master
- 5 + Years of project manager experience
- Experience with successful Agile techniques & tools (Jira)
- Ability to work with and lead a team.
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike.
- Financial Acumen
- Interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions.
- Understands the meaning and implications of key financial indicators.
- Uses financial analysis to generate, evaluate, and act on strategic options and opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Key Skills: Agile Processes and procedures (including SAFe framework, metrics, and the implementation of Agile Release Train)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post graduate degree advanced training and or certifications in relevant field/s of study preferred.
- SAFe / Agile certification preferred.
- 3 or more years of experience in leading teams or advancing technical capability in teams.
- Experience in transforming waterfall to Agile preferred.
- Retail experience is a plus.
