Dalet is looking for an experienced Agile Programme Manager who will join our engineering organisation to manage the delivery of Dalet’s Flex Media Platform, a media content supply chain management platform used by top media brands around the world to manage the lifecycle of their media assets.

You are a highly organised and meticulous individual who has a passion for project delivery of complex technology products deployed to clients across the globe. As the programme manager working within the Flex Media Platform engineering group, you will be in regular contact with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that the projects and initiatives being worked on by the team align with the company’s strategic goals. 

You will work daily with engineering leads and product owners by participating in team scrum meetings, backlog grooming sessions, and sprint planning meetings. You will also work with Dalet’s client project delivery teams, and the operations and support teams to ensure that key project deliverables and support issues are properly prioritised by the engineering team. As a key member of the engineering group leadership team, you will have a leading role in transforming current processes and practices.

Your roles and responsibilities

  • Track and manage the delivery of key engineering initiatives to realise product and company vision as well as supporting ongoing client projects.
  • Track KPIs and report on the status of ongoing work in engineering.
  • Support engineering scrum teams to ensure work items are properly prioritised in the context of ongoing initiatives, and ensure sprints are planned to match team velocity.
  • Help refine engineering processes to promote continuous improvement required to support an evolving business strategy.
  • Manage the product release process.

What you will bring

  • Experience working in a medium to large software engineering organisation delivering B2B SaaS products and services.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience using Jira or a similar issue tracking system, Wiki systems, and standard office productivity software.
  • An understanding of modern software architecture and development concepts such as microservices, DevOps, and CI/CD.
  • The ability to work with a distributed team working across different time zones.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across the whole organization.
  • Ideally, an understanding or experience of broadcast and media technology.
