  • Agile practice and flow
  • Apply pragmatic Lean-Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, XP techniques) tailored to team and problem context to improve flow and quality.
  • Promote engineering quality practices (CI/CD, test automation, pairing) in partnership with engineering leadership.
  • Use flow and quality metrics (throughput, cycle/lead time, WIP, flow efficiency, defect escape rate, release predictability) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute as a practitioner to the Scrum/Agile community of practice by sharing effective delivery patterns and lessons learned.
  • Stakeholder communication and transparency
  • Provide clear, concise status, risk, and decision visibility to stakeholders across Claims Operations, Product, Technology, and Compliance.
  • Facilitate decisions by ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time.

Qualifications
  • Strong delivery execution and planning skills with demonstrated ability to lead day-to-day delivery for one or more Agile teams, driving predictable delivery of increments that meet scope, quality, and regulatory requirements.
