Develops and executes manual and automated test plans for federal government systems. Analyzes requirements and operational documents, creates test and evaluation procedures, conducts data collection and analysis, reports testing status and results, and supports integration with other test organizations. Produces government T&E documentation, including strategies, master plans, event plans, readiness assessments, and reports.

Analyzes system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results. Supports the development of Government test and evaluation documentation e.g., Test & Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports. Works with other test organizations to support T&E program integration. Provides specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance area as assigned in the SOW.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).
Capabilities

Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
- 6 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 4 years of relevant experience.
- An active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last seven (7) years.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science, math, or engineering field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, etc.).
Desired Technical Skills (2 of the below)
- Familiar with Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, TestRay / SynapseRT)
- Familiar with basic Linux tools
- Web browser-based testing tools (Playwright, Selenium, etc.)
- Other test tools (Cucumber, Gherkin, Jmeter, Swagger, etc.)
