The Position

Agentic Innovation Partner (RDT Data & AI)  

Are you passionate about pioneering agentic ways of working and accelerating AI adoption to transform business operations? As our new Agentic Innovation Partner, you will act as an internal innovation catalyst across the Data organization, leveraging cutting-edge AI agents and emerging automation technologies to drive measurable productivity outcomes. Joining our team gives you the opportunity to shape an AI-native working culture while scaling high-impact solutions across Roche.

At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.

The Opportunity:

  • You identify high-impact opportunities to apply agentic technologies across portfolio management, project delivery, finance, reporting, vendor management, and administrative functions.

  • You design, develop, and deploy rapid prototypes and proofs of concept using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and workflow agents.

  • You partner directly with process owners to diagnose workflows and re-engineer them using digital agents.

  • You leverage evolving corporate AI frameworks and agentic ecosystems to stitch systems together seamlessly.

  • You scale successful experiments and prototypes into sustainable, high-value operational capabilities.

  • You measure, track, and communicate productivity gains, execution speed, and value creation to leadership and stakeholders.

  • You build reusable architectural patterns, frameworks, and best practices to accelerate enterprise-wide agent adoption.

  • You foster a vibrant culture of continuous experimentation, learning, and AI-native working models across the organization.

Who you are:

  • You are highly educated, holding a relevant university degree, and bring proven years of professional experience in business operations, process optimization, software solution design, or digital transformation.

  • You possess hands-on proficiency with GenAI ecosystems, leading LLM applications (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude), and developer-assist environments (such as Claude Code or Codex).

  • You bring direct experience utilizing AI agent frameworks, workflow orchestrators, or enterprise low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, Make.com, n8n, or Microsoft Power Automate).

  • You demonstrate advanced expertise in prompt engineering techniques, multi-agent chaining, and utilizing AI APIs to automate repetitive business tasks.

  • You have a strong background in business process modeling and workflow diagnostics to pinpoint exact opportunities where digital agents can step in.

  • You bring a strong experimentation mindset with proven capability to design, craft, deploy, and sustain tailored software solutions that align with business objectives.

  • You possess exceptional communication, collaboration, and change enablement skills, with a proactive mindset to inspire innovation and guide teams toward AI-native ways of working.

Compensation & BenefitsThe expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228,900.00 PLN - 425,100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.

This position also offers an attractive benefits package.
