  • 12–17 years of relevant experience, including leadership of large-scale, multi-agent or AI-driven platforms.
  • Proficient in Python and familiar with at least one additional modern programming language (such as Java, Go, or C++).
  • Proven strategic ownership of platform architecture and technology roadmaps, with deep knowledge of agentic AI systems.
  • Extensive hands-on and leadership experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), including security, governance, and cost optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in setting organizational standards for reliability, scalability, and incident management in AI systems.
  • Experience partnering with executive and cross-functional teams on platform strategy and delivery.

  • Leave & Time Off Breadth — Leave and time off are portrayed as relatively robust, with references to multi-week vacation, paid holidays, sick time, and additional days tied to wellness or volunteering. This breadth is repeatedly treated as a tangible part of total rewards beyond base pay.

These offerings are depicted as strengthening the overall benefits proposition even when pay satisfaction is tepid.
