Join Quadient as an Agentic AI and Automation Specialist and help us shape the next generation of automation.

You’ll play a key role in modernising our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities, moving selected automations from Automation Anywhere to Microsoft Power Automate and exploring how AI agents can make business processes smarter, more flexible, and efficient. You’ll deliver production-ready solutions, tackle complex automation challenges, and coach colleagues as they develop their skills in Power Automate and Agentic AI.

• Build intelligent automations: Design and deliver solutions using Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, Copilot Studio agents, and agent flows.

• Bring Agentic AI into business processes: Develop agents that can interpret requests, use approved tools and data, coordinate multi-step tasks, and involve people when decisions or approvals are needed.

• Modernise our RPA landscape: Assess existing Automation Anywhere automations, understand their dependencies, and lead their migration to secure, reliable, and supportable Power Platform solutions.

• Engineer for production: Design integrations with enterprise applications, Microsoft 365, databases, files, and APIs. Ensure solutions include robust testing, monitoring, error handling, logging, and documentation.

• Balance automation and AI: Choose the right approach for each process, combining predictable workflows with AI-driven capabilities where they deliver genuine business value.

• Keep our automations reliable and secure: Apply good engineering practices, appropriate access controls, responsible AI principles, and governance throughout the solution lifecycle.

• Partner across the business: Work with colleagues in areas such as Marketing, Finance, and Order to Cash to understand needs, identify automation opportunities, and deliver practical solutions.

• Help the team grow: Coach existing RPA developers in Power Automate, Copilot Studio, agent design, reusable patterns, code reviews, and safe production practices.

• At least 3 years of experience delivering enterprise automation, RPA, workflow, or AI-enabled solutions, including at least 2 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Automate experience.

• Proven practical experience designing and building AI agents, such as Copilot Studio agents and agent flows or equivalent LLM-based agent orchestration solutions.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt design, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) in production or near-production use cases.

• Strong technical knowledge of Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, including attended and unattended automation.

• Experience with Copilot Studio, agent instructions, tools, grounding, orchestration, evaluations, and human handoffs.

• Understanding of Power Platform solutions, Dataverse, connectors, REST APIs, environment variables, deployment pipelines, and application lifecycle management.

• Experience with testing, exception handling, monitoring, audit logging, secure credential management, and production support.

• Experience assessing, supporting, or migrating legacy RPA automations. Experience with Automation Anywhere is particularly valuable.

• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, responsible AI, data loss prevention, access control, and secure development practices.

• The ability to coach colleagues, communicate technical concepts clearly, and collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Fluent English.

It would be great if you also have:

• Microsoft PL-500 or PL-400 certification, or equivalent practical experience.

• Working knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, .NET, JavaScript, Azure, or CI/CD tooling.

• Experience automating ERP, CRM, or legacy desktop systems across regions or shared services.
