Job Summary:
The Agentic AI Administrator supports the design, development, and operation of agentic AI solutions that help employees work more efficiently by automating low-value tasks and integrating systems within defined enterprise guardrails. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong fundamentals who wants to grow into advanced AI system design and enterprise-scale delivery under the guidance of senior leaders.
Location: Onsite out of our Grand Rapids, MI office.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and enhancing agentic AI solutions that can reason, plan, and take action across approved tools and systems.
- Develop and maintain reusable components for AI agents, including prompts, workflows, integrations, and orchestration logic.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms following established patterns and standards. - Partner with IT and business users to translate problems into AI-enabled solutions.
- Implement solutions aligned with AI usage policies, data governance standards, and security guardrails.
- Participate in testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement of deployed AI agents.
- Contribute to documentation, reference architectures, and internal knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or AI-adjacent roles.
- Proficiency in a modern programming language such as Python.
- Experience with APIs and system integrations.
- Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms or AI services.
- Experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
