What You’ll Do:
- Agent and Agency Support: Help new agents and agencies get set up and licensed to work with Merchants by assisting with onboarding and compliance reviews.
- Documentation Review: Review agent and agency documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Regulatory Research: Help research state insurance laws and licensing requirements for agents and agencies.
- Process Documentation: Review, document, and update Agency Services processes to ensure procedures are clear and current.
- Data and Reference Materials: Maintain accurate licensing information, assist with data cleanup, and update reference materials.
- Project Support: Collaborate with the team on cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
