As an Agency Services Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting Slide’s agency partners by ensuring credentialing, licensing, and compliance processes are accurate, timely, and seamless. You’ll serve as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external agencies.
Agency Set‑Up & Credentialing
- Administer agency set‑up, credentialing, appointments, and compliance
- Process appointment applications, licensing documents, contracts, and required forms
- Review submissions for accuracy and proactively request missing information
Coordination & Support
- Assist agents with questions related to licensing and appointment status
- Communicate with agencies and partners to verify contact information, contracts, and websites
- Process agency updates, agent of record changes, and book transfer requests
Documentation & Compliance
- Organize and maintain agency files in accordance with regulatory, industry, and company requirements
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Respond to phone, electronic, and written inquiries in a timely manner
- Support department projects and additional tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or office administration
- Experience supporting insurance processing preferred
- Active State Personal Lines P&C license preferred (not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time‑management and prioritization abilities
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams
- Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn new systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
