About the Role
Responsible for communicating AIA products, services, brands and corporate developments to external stakeholders and internal employees• Coordinate the development of advertising and marketing communication materials to effectively represent AIA products, services and brands
• Apply various communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness and encourage a preference and response by the target audience
• Develop and implement AIA's internal communication strategy so that that all employees can find and understand relevant information
• Implement policies and programmes to increase employee awareness and knowledge of activities affecting employees
• Develop and coordinate lines of communication within AIA
• Develop and coordinate multimedia packages
• Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
