Job Summary  

  • The Agency Initiative and Enablement Manager will report to the Combined U.S. AVP and will support the department leading field-facing initiatives focused on sales tools and technology. 

 

Responsibilities  

  • Leads Agency initiatives comprised of independent cross-functional, cross-departmental teams and consultant team members assigned to the Agency initiative ensuring timely delivery of Agency initiative and all deliverables. 

  •  

  • Creates risk management plan to identify, analyze, monitor, and respond to risks associated with all Agency initiative to ensure ability to achieve expected outcomes, on time and on budget. 

  •  

  • Leads activities required to maintain and complete all Agency initiative documentation.  Obtains appropriate level of approval for all Agency initiative documentation assigned to ensure appropriate understanding of expectations among stakeholders. 

  •  

  • Ensures timely and accurate completion of all team members' assigned duties and responsibilities to meet executive leaderships' expectations.  

  • Leads and/or participates in managing Agency initiative integration, scope, time, costs, and quality components. 

  •  

  • Communicates Agency initiative status to team and business owners throughout the duration of the assignment and post implementation to make certain all impacted stakeholders understand risks, issues and activities related to the Agency initiative. 

  •  

  • Communicates the status, risk and issues associated with each Agency initiative component to the team and leaders within the organization and leads the actions required (corrective or not) to ensure intended outcomes are achieved.

  • Develops agency initiative cost estimates, budgets, and initiates cost control measures to endure Agency initiative budgets are met. 

  • Provides leadership, coaching, and guidance on a continuous basis to Agency initiative team members in the areas of initiative lifecycle, operating procedures, processes, and practices. 

  •  

  • If appropriate, coordinate vendor and staff efforts related to Agency initiative execution. 

 

  • Supports all stages in the life cycle of Agency initiatives, including the early stages of definition, CBA generation and initial approval by Governance Committees. 

  • Performs other related duties and activities as required.

Education and Experience  

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience 

  • Graduate degree, preferred 

  • 2+ years of initiative management experience, required 

  • Demonstrated experience managing full life cycle initiatives, from inception to implementation  

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred 

  • Proficient in using MS Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project) 

  • Prior experience in a sales, sales support, or sales leadership role required, supplemental insurance, preferred 

  • Bilingual English/Spanish, a plus 

 

 

 

TRAVEL 

•   15% travel for meetings/initiatives may be required

 

The pay range for the role is $89,000 to $100,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.  Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website.  The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
