Job Description:

The position is responsible for the development of visually appealing materials that will help create and sustain the agency force’s engagement at high level at all times. He/She will carry out the direction of the Manager for Agency Communications and Creatives, balancing creative flair with brand compliance for rendition in multiple platforms. 
The position's major accountabilities is as follows:

1. Content Creation

• Writing copy for promotional artcards, marketing materials, social media posts.

• Ideation and creation of engaging content for the company’s Facebook community Agency Sales (SLOCPI) FB group.

• Ensuring consistency of messaging and brand voice across communication platforms.

2. Campaign Operations

• Creation and deployment of promo campaigns via email marketing tools such as Outlook and Marketo

• Management of SMS communication

• Supporting campaign launches and promotional initiatives

3. Community Management

• Maintaining and moderating the company's Facebook community.

• Monitoring engagement and supporting customer interaction.

• Helping sustain community growth and participation through sustaining materials.

4. Reporting and Analytics

• Extracting email performance reports and campaign metrics from Market

• Extracting FB group posts performance and analysi

• Preparing weekly communications performance reports roviding data and insights to support decision-making

5. Communications Strategy Support

• Assisting in the development of communication plans and campaign strategies.

• Recommending engagement initiatives and communication approaches.

• Supporting cross-functional campaign execution.
Technical Skills: Expert and have vast experience in Copywriting, Content / Editorial Calendar Management, Social Media Savvy, Community Management, Graphic Design

Professional Skills: Must be excellent in communication, problem solving and organizational skills
• Versatile copywriting and content management graphic design skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Adept in digital platforms and trends, and can identify how these can be leveraged for the company’s 
various communication requirements.
• Proactive and collaborative
• Able to take ownership of assigned projects, multi-task, and re-prioritize as needed
• Branding requirements: must ensure that all materials crafted and reviewed meet Sun Life’s branding 
requirements in terms of tone and language, and that this is applied in departments being serviced

• Able to collaborate and oversee external service providers and provide direction

Education and experience:
• College graduate
• Preferably a Graduate of Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Fine Arts, Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Digital Media
• Experience in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising is a MUST
• Experience in Customer Service is a plus
• Work experience in the field, minimum of 3-4 years
• Can work with minimal supervision
