Agency Business Generation Senior Specialist (Chuyên Viên Cấp Cao Kiến Tạo Nguồn Khách Hàng Tiềm Năng Kênh Đại Lý)

This role is to support the Business Generation Senior Manager to execute business generation initiatives for Agency Distribution to improve the productivity of agency sales force. This role requires an employee with a deep understanding of lead generation activities, change management, and business processes to drive innovation and operational excellence.
I. Job Responsibilities:
Planning & Implementation
- Assist in planning & implementation of comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Identify and suggest new opportunities and improvements across lead generation channels internal and external Company.
- Conduct analysis to determine the best solutions for solving agency issues/opportunities.
Project Management
- Support defining requirements and brainstorm ideas for lead generation activities improvement or new solution.
- Support rolling out project plan which includes business requirements, design specifications and obtain the approvals
- Ensure tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Solve ad-hoc problems that occur during project implementation
- Constantly work towards improving and reporting on the performance and user experience as measured against key metrics & qualitative goals
- Create and file comprehensive project documentation
Technology Integration
- Assist in evaluating and integrating new digital technologies following Group’s Strategy to enhance lead generation’s effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing, IT and other departments to ensure seamless implementation of lead generation initiatives.
Data Analytics and Reporting
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation initiatives.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the progress and impact of lead generation activities.

- Ensure that validated deliverables meet the business requirements and improve professionalism and the productivity of agency salesforce
Ensure effective communications throughout projects and programs implemented by team
III. Performance Measures
- Assist in planning & implementation of lead generation initiatives of Agency Distribution
- Ensure that validated deliverables meet the business requirements and improve professionalism and the productivity of agency salesforce
- Ensure effective communications throughout projects and programs implemented by team
- Timeliness and scope adherence of lead generation projects, number of implemented initiatives.
- Number of leads generated, conversion rate, policy issuance rate, APE.
- Frequency and accuracy of performance reports, dashboard usage, and insights generated.
IV. Job Requirements
1. Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology.
2. Knowledge and skill
- At least 3 years' experience in project management. Experience in banking/insurance is a plus
- Intermediate understanding of salesforce’s process and systems.
- Managerial, communications, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Negotiation, project management and change management skills.
- Customer services and a positive mind-set
- Experience of working in a fast-paced working environment
- Analytics experience required, visualization skills and/or big data is a plus
- Good command of English
