About the Role

- Contributes to the Agency Business Development department by providing comprehensive administrative supports to the Zone/Team Head and ABDD team in supporting business development activities.
- Assists Head of ABDD in formulating business plans to achieve business targets through implementation / execution of marketing/incentive initiatives and in providing sales supports to agency force; also, in supporting cross teams and departments projects and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidates and validates supporting documentations for new agents with finance package

  • Provides professional service and support to agency, and liaise with internal departments to resolve complicated issues

  • Handles agency enquiries and provide accurate and timely response

  • Raises suggestions / improvement ideas on business issues and workflow to drive operating efficiency

  • Manages team contests & budgets, follows through on progress, results and award arrangement

  • Conducts business analysis for Zone/Team Head in diagnosis of business performance and assists Zone/Team Head for preparing management reports

  • Initiates and drives Zone level business development initiatives

  • Develops promotion tactics for driving business and convention results

  • Leads and handles ad-hoc projects and assignments for Zone/Team Head

  • Performs other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisors to meet operational and/or other requirements

Requirements:

  • University / college graduate, preferably in Business Management/ Marketing/ Finance/ Economics

  • 3-4 years’ experience in insurance, banking and wealth management industry

  • Experience in distribution support or frontline sales is preferred

  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Strong problem solving and organizing skills, and results oriented

  • Administration knowledge in responsible area(s)

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage

  • Computer-literacy conversant in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
