The Role

Description and Requirements
Position Summary: Provides general secretarial and administrative support to the Agency Department (operation and function) in adherence to company policies and regulations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

 

  • Provides exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions; Provides administrative support to the Agency Sales Force Team.
  • Performs quality assurance processes between Agency Sales Force and Operations departments.
  • Performs monitoring and follow ups on pending issues/tasks.
  • Checks and coordinates documentation submission between the agency and the Head Office.
  • Process billing inquiries and assist in payment processing.
  • Prepares and submits reports accurately and timely as required by management.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with insurance regulations and policies.
  • Provides administrative support regarding meetings, training sessions, and agency events.
  • Provides any additional administrative support required by direct manager.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

Requirements:

 

 

  • College Degree in Secretarial Studies or other relevant areas;
  • Minimum 1 year experience at administrative/secretarial position; preferably within the Insurance/Brokerage Industry;
  • Very Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, World and Outlook);
  • Very Good knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken;
  • Excellent communication skills, proven team player;
  • Resilient personality with the ability to promptly address multiple requests;
  • Self-disciplined person with good time management skills;
  • Precise, prompt, customer focused;
  • Pleasant personality, honest and reliable;
