Job Summary:
The Agency Admin Support will focus on agency compliance with agency-and-producer licensing, E&O renewals, and commissions. The Agency Admin Support maintains the agency management system ensuring statutory compliance. The Agency Admin Support maintains licensing documentation for internal agency licenses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties assigned as needed.
- Maintain and update agency and producer database.
- Maintain agency contract files.
- Complete new agent appointments and acquisitions.
- Process and renew external agent appointments for HCI.
- Manage agency E&O renewals/updates.
- Manage producer and entity licensing for all active agencies. Determine the need for non-resident licenses and appointments.
- Recurring commission changes.
- Process terminations and suspensions as needed.
- Accurately report Surplus Lines Annual Report information for internal agency licenses.

Education and/or Experience
- Associate’s degree or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with agency administrative duties a plus.
Knowledge/Skills
- Ability to analyze, problem solve, working closely with others to coordinate and complete projects.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret regulatory statutes and regulations.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize workload efficiently.
- Detail oriented with the ability to work independently.
Computer Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required with emphasis on Excel.
