AG - Traffic Coordinator

Summary: Traffic and Logistics Coordinators are responsible for managing and facilitating the receiving and shipping operations at Aqua Gulf. The ideal candidate should possess strong record-keeping skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the scheduling and monitoring of incoming and outgoing loads, including the coordination of receiving and shipping activities.
• Process orders for clients and intercompany divisions efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, retailers, and customers, including decision-makers.
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer specifications.
• Maintain logs and records of warehouse inventory, orders, and activities.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.

Qualifications:

• Over one year of experience as a Traffic Coordinator or in a similar role is preferred.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, with a focus on account management.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
