Angott Search Group is partnering with a community bank with under $500MM in assets in Southeastern Minnesota in the search for an Ag/Commercial Lender.
This individual will take over an existing portfolio and have the opportunity to grow it over time. The current portfolio is approximately 60% Ag and 40% Commercial.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Ag and/or Commercial Lending experience
- Currently lives within a commutable distance or is willing to relocate
- Strong relationship management and business development skills
The bank has experienced tremendous growth in assets and loans while expanding its footprint over the past 10+ years.
